About us

H.S.Customs (‘we’ / ‘our’ / ‘us’) emphasises the importance of data protection. We therefore take your privacy very seriously and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

This privacy notice is issued on behalf of all the entities that are part of the H.S.Customs Group. Unless we inform you otherwise, the relevant entity processing and controlling your data will be H.S.Customs Group B.V.

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can receive information under Art. 15 GDPR. In addition, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data under Art. 15 (3) GDPR.
  • Right of rectification or erasure (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected. Furthermore, you have the right to request the deletion of your data if further processing is no longer necessary, the processing is unlawful or you have revoked your consent in this regard.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to have the processing of your data restricted, i.e. to prevent further processing for the time being, if the conditions in Art. 18 GDPR are met.
